The New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) reminds us that Tax Season is going to open on time! Beginning on January 19, 2016 the IRS will begin accepting electronic returns as scheduled. Recent reviews of tax extenders signed into law on 12/18/15 were a cause for concern regarding possible delays in opening of tax season.
